		<description>I agree 100% to our Education policy. But we also need to address the issue of a high % of students leaving school with no qualifications.  I take the view that more vocational education should be provided within schools or in partnership with local Colleges in addition to the more &quot; academic &quot; and traditional GCSEs from the 4th form upwards. This would providing a seamless transition to Further Education. I also believe this would make compulsory education up to 18 more palatable to our high percentage of so-called &quot; underachievers &quot;.</description>
